Cancellation Policy
When cancelling an appointment, a 48- hour notice is required, otherwise resulting in a 25% charge.
Retainers are non-refundable and can be transferred only once. (Retainers are valid up to 7 days.)
Same Day Cancellations will be charged 50% of that service.
There is a 15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes a $15 late fee is required. After 20 minutes stylist has the option to cancel the appointment and client will be charged 50%.
