PLEASE READ BELOW When booking additional add ons you’ll select your primary service then the additional service under “Packages & Add Ons” NO EXTRA GUEST. A minimum of one will be allowed if absolutely necessary. Please book a shampoo service if hair is not freshly shampooed and ready to style. Otherwise a shampoo/detangle fee will be added. **Same Day Appointments are +$25. **6a-8a (early bird) & 7p-9p (after hour) Appointments are +$50. **Holiday Appointments are +$75. Cancellation Policy
When cancelling an appointment, a 48- hour notice is required, otherwise resulting in a 25% charge if made under 48 hours and 50% if made under 24 hours.
Retainers are non-refundable and can be transferred only once. (Retainers are valid up to 7 days.)
Same Day Cancellations will be charged 50% of that service.
There is a 10 minute grace period. After 10 minutes a $15 late fee is required. After 20 minutes stylist has the option to cancel the appointment and client will be charged 50%.
**stylist has a 15 minute grace period as well. a $15 late credit will be applied after 15 minutes.**
